 Tisno

The village has a post office, bank, groceries shops, market, turist office, summer theater and other facilities. The village attraction is a drawbridge that opens twice a day: at 9.00 am and 17.00 pm in the afternoon. The bridge is opened half an hour.

Tisno has two city beaches and various locations to enjoy the sea and the sun on reefs and hidden beaches.
A boat trip to nearby islets and reefs will make an unforgettable experience.

There are four churches in Tisno: The Church of Sts. Spirit, The Church of St. Roko, The Church of St. Andrew and the famous votive church placed on the hill above Tisno - The Church of Our Lady of Karavaja.
Near the village, in the region called Ivanja, is The Church of St. Martin - patron of Tisno. By the church, an archaeological site from Roman era is placed.

Many coffee bars and restaurants in Tisno and surrounding villages offer entertainment and gastronomic pleasures of dalmatian and international cuisine.

Along with local folk festivals, concerts and exhibitions, in the vicinity of Tisno, in less than twenty minutes drive away, are famous discoteques Hacienda (Vodice) and Aurora (Primošten).

Nearby Tisno, national parks Krka and Kornati are situated. They can be visited by organized excursions or individually.
Excursion boats to the Krka river and the nearby islands of Zlarin, Kaprija and Vrgada are casting off from the local waterfront, and local Tourist officies are offering trips to the Kornati Islands.
In the city of Šibenik are numerous monuments of culture of which is certainly the most famous Cathedral of St. Jakov.

For sport lovers, there are tennis courts, minigolf playgrounds, long promenades and a 6 km long road along the sea (no cars), which leads to Betina, suitable for running and cycling.
